Ideas bubble up inside of students everyday. As educators it is our job to keep "pumping" them with content and concepts that stir these creative processes. The idea bubbles within our students are different sizes and remain for varying amounts of time. Within each student, these idea bubbles also have pops of color that allow for those ideas to become specific to each child. This picture reminds me that every child has the ability to be creative and as their teacher, I must do all that I can to foster and help develop their creativity.

This is my ideal classroom. I want my students to walk through my door and immediately let their creative juices flow. I love how each letter is a different color which represents to me how each child is truly an individual and learns in their own unique way. Addressing the uniqueness of each child will enable me to develop a relationship with them and will allow the student to build trust with the me as their teacher to help guide their creative process.
